We're located at 20780 Willoughby Town Centre Dr in Langley BC. Our office is on the third floor.
The best place to park is behind our building, as shown in the graphic below.
From 208th, turn west onto Willoughby Town Centre Dr. Then take your first left at the little intersection. Follow the lane all the way to the end until you reach the main parking area (as shown below). Once parked, walk around to the front of the building to enter, then take the elevator to the third floor.
We can easily arrange to conduct your scheduled appointment through a Zoom video call; however, some matters require in-person signatures or identification verifications. Our lawyers or support staff will advise if your meeting can be conducted over video, or whether you must come in.
Our office is open for in-person meetings, but only if an appointment has been booked. Please call us at 604-757-1400 if you'd like to book an appointment.
This almost goes without saying these days, but if you have any symptoms that are consistent with Covid-19, or if you've been in close contact recently with anybody that has Covid-19, then please refrain from visiting our office.
Our office is equipped to ensure maximum safety for our staff and clients. We have plexiglass barriers in the reception area and all of our lawyers offices. Also, our new office has plenty of space for everybody to physically distance with no issues. We also have hand sanitizer throughout our office.
If you are uncomfortable with anything that you see in our office while visiting, please don't hesitate to let one of our staff members know.
Again, nothing new here! Welcome to 2021. Like you, we hope that this mandate will be short lived, but for the time being, we are requiring masks or face coverings. If you're uncomfortable while wearing a mask then we can arrange a safe and suitable manner to conduct your meeting. We're willing to work with you.
Please do not bring anybody with you to your in-person meeting unless a lawyer or staff member has clearly indicated that it is permissible to do so. Please ask our staff ahead of time if you'd like to bring somebody along with you. We will try to be as accommodating as possible, but we cannot guarantee that extra guests will be permitted.
Court operations during Covid-19 are constantly changing. Please consult with your lawyer or lawyer's assistant to inquire about any possible changes with court proceedings.
